Coffeys have specialised in the sale of accommodation based tourism properties including holiday parks since 1984. During this time, they have sold a number of holiday parks and have the specialised knowledge and experience to understand the process and the operator's viewpoint. The business has been mainly South Island based, however as of late 2009, the company's services are being provided nationwide.
